If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50 percent refund will be issued. If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued.
